Your customer service is terrible. I had several problems trying to process this order on line. When I emailed, called and left messages no one EVER responded with any assistance.
Somehow I was finally able to get the order through on my own after several very frustrating attempts.
Your customer service used to be top notch...friendly, courteous and made any encounter pleasant. Now all you get is a pathetic recording about being to busy to take my call.
I am very uncertain as to whether or not I will ever order from you again.

Superior Nuts milk chocolate cashew caramel turtles always seem to hit the best part of an individual’s sweet spot. They are very tasty. There is one possible problem with them; they can be addictive.

These we a bit stale, chocolate chalky and caramel a bit hard. Perhaps they froze because they were sitting outside on a very cold day in northern MN before I noticed them.

The turtles were very good but one of them had a piece of shell in it. The piece was about a quarter inch round. I still have it. I still liked the product.

I am not a big fan of a lot of chocolate and this seemed to have a very thick coating of strong tasting and slightly bitter chocolate. I like a milky mild chocolate when I do eat it. The caramel and nuts were delicious though.
